We operate Monday–Friday. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Not including weekends. For example, an order placed on Day 1 will be shipped between Day 2 and Day 4. Place your order before 18:00 GMT and we’ll aim to dispatch it the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday at the earliest.
Any queries sent to us over the weekend will be replied to on Monday.
