Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 30 day return policy for eligible products. (Starting from the day of purchase). 
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the contact us page or by emailing: Customer.Care@WhisperingRaven.co.uk 
  • We will require your order number to review your request.
  • Upon confirmation of the return, the customer service team will provide instructions on where to return the item(s).
  • Original shipping cost paid to receive your order will not be refunded.
  • Return Shipping costs will be liable to the customer. 
  • Upon return the goods will be inspected for damage. This may effect your return value, you will be notified of any reasons why. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery—such as an incorrect address being provided or the order not being collected from the courier’s nominated pickup location—we will issue a refund for the item cost only.
