These terms and conditions govern your use of the Whispering Raven Ltd website and your relationship with Whispering Raven Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.   • All products listed on the website are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders

  • When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our discretion.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.

5. Payment

  • Payment for orders must be made through the provided payment gateway.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  • All payments are processed securely, and your financial information will not be shared with third parties.

6. Delivery and Processing Times

We operate Monday–Friday. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Not including weekends. 
For example, an order placed on Day 1 will be shipped between Day 2 and Day 4.
Place your order before 18:00 GMT and we’ll aim to dispatch it the next working day.
Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday at the earliest. 

Please note – During busy periods sometimes order processing can take longer and we apologise for any delays. Please ensure you place your order in good time to allow the package to get to you. 

Wholesale Orders (Including Custom Made to Order products) – Please allow 3 – 7 Working Days to process your order (Volume dependent). This doesn’t include the shipping times.

We do not guarantee weekend delivery. 

  • Please allow for up to 3 Working Days to process your order. This does not include delivery times. 
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
  • We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our controls.

Please note: Delivery time estimates do not include our 1–3 working day processing time. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier.

We do not guarantee weekend delivery. 

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 – 3 Working Days. 
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 – 2 Working Days. 
  • DPD Next Day Delivery: 1 Working Day. 
  • Free Shipping: 2 – 3 Working Days. (Through a Coupon or Minimum order value).
  • Royal Mail International (Europe): 5 – 7 Working Days
  • Royal Mail International (World-Wide): 6 – 7 Working Days

7. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 30 day return policy for eligible products. (Starting from the day of purchase). 
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the contact us page or by emailing: Customer.Care@WhisperingRaven.co.uk 
  • We will require your order number to review your request.
  • Upon confirmation of the return, the customer service team will provide instructions on where to return the item(s).
  • Original shipping cost paid to receive your order will not be refunded.
  • Return Shipping costs will be liable to the customer. 
  • Upon return the goods will be inspected for damage. This may effect your return value, you will be notified of any reasons why. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery—such as an incorrect address being provided or the order not being collected from the courier’s nominated pickup location—we will issue a refund for the item cost only.
